Great location for our stay, central for what we were there for. Pricey for what you get but for the time of year it was to be expected. This was a very rare mother/daughter night away for my daughters 15th birthday, info as added to our “special occasion section” upon booking but sadly no note or card upon arrival. Hotel was spotless but our room (209) had a potent stench of sewerage upon check in. Bed was SO comfy which was a plus. S

Great place and location. Got upgraded to a beautiful spacious room. Staff very pleasant and one of the best breakfasts.

The facilities of this hotel are not bad, but it seems that someone has come into our room, and I don't know what certificate took away a bottle of water for free, and there was an extra bag of desserts in the room, and when I called the waiter to come up and deliver the quilt, he said he would do it as soon as possible, but we waited all night and didn't wait, and the experience was very poor.

Good area in Leeds city center. Room so incredible and breakfast so wonderful and very nice test and breakfast staff in restaurant is wonderful and so professional . Nice hotel they teach staff so well . Will be back again for sure.

Great central location. Got a free upgrade and room was great, quiet, clean, spacious and comfy bed!
Breakfast was good.

Very noisy in the morning when the staff set up for breakfast. Playing loud music in the dining area from 5 am onwards.
The hotel manager has been helpful in sorting out the issue though

Everything was great except the pillows which were too soft and I need firm pillows.

It was 11oclock all we could order room service was a 7 inch pizza 14.99..with delivery 5..this was from the hotel menu very dissapointed
Other than that a lovely clean hotwl.
